Looks like the 0. If i run the same programs and batch job with a regular network deian attached and the usb adapter unplugged, it all runs smoothly, so i think it is a driver problem. I have had crashes in the past, when I had a7t6 or 4 devede-programs creating simultaniously a dvd, but i don’t think this had anything to do with the atchipset. My suspicion is that the at76ca seems to disconnect during high processor load and reconnected. Which has worked well until i upgraded to Feisty Fawn, i am currently on Gutsy Gibbon.
I can see that the old ubuntu version is out and the staging 0. Per a decision made by the Ubuntu Kernel Team, bugs will longer be assigned to the ubuntu-kernel-team in Launchpad as part of the bug triage process.
